HOW TO MAKE HAIR SHAMPOO - STEP BY STEP

 


Hair Shampoo has become prominent in various house because of its easiness when using it for bathing. It saves money. This process seeks to teach you how to produce 18 liters of shower gel.

1.      4.5 liters paint rubber

2.      30 liters rubber bowl

3.      Stirring rod – (Bankuta)

Process

The process to making the HAIR SHAMPOO is just like making Liquid soap and Shower gel.

1.      Pour the salt and base into your 30 liter bowl and stir with the stirring rod.

2.      Add your Booster powder, thickener powder and preservative and stir well with your stirring rod. Stir the mixture until it becomes white.

3.      Begin to add your water in small quantity like 3 liters. Remember, your liquid could take more water if you stir the mixture very well.

4.      Repeat STEP 3 until you have exalted 14 liters of your 20 liters of water.

1.	Fetch 3 hand full of the liquid into a small bowl and add a hand full of water to it and stir with your hand. If it becomes thicker than what is in the bowl, then you can add more water but it has to be in small quantity.
2.	You can repeat STEP 1 under testing until you get the thickness you want for your liquid soap.
 

 

 

 

 

 

5.      After getting the thickness you want, you can now add your color. The color depends on your taste. Note: You can add the color to the shower gel at any stage when making it.

6.      After adding the color, you can now add GLYCERIN, VITAMIN E, ESSENTIAL OILS, PEARLIZER, CITRIC ACID, POHO and ANTI-DANDRUFF. Stir very well for the chemicals to mix well.

7.      Add the perfume/fragrance you like. Remember also that, the perfume also has some effect on the thickness of the liquid soap so you have to check that too.

HOW TO MAKE NORMAL ANTISEPTIC - NON CLOUDING

 


This type of antiseptic has become very prominent these days. This process teaches how to produce 27 liters of this type of antiseptic. This type of antiseptic is always left for 3 days before you can use.

1.      2 rubber bowl

2.      Stirring rod (Bankuta)

Process

1.      Take one of the bowls and pour all the DCMS and Alcohol into it. Stir it well for all the DCMS to melt.

2.      In the second bowl, pour the base and salt into and use your hand to cream it.

3.      After creaming, add your Duologin to the base and salt mixture in the second bowl. Use your hand to stir well for it to mix.

4.      Add 5 liters of water to your mixture in the second bowl. Now use the stirring rod to mix the mixture.

5.      Add your Phenol acid to the mixture and keep stir.

6.      Add your castor oil to the mixture and keep stirring.

7.      Add the Pine oil to the mixture and keep stirring.

8.      Now add the rest of the 27 liters of water to your mixture and stir very well.

9.      Now add the content in the first bowl (DCMS and Alcohol) to your mixture in the second bowl and keep stirring.

10.  Now add your caramel to your antiseptic. You are done.

Remember to leave it for three days before you can use it or start to sell it.
