Equipment/Items
These are the equipment needed to when making liquid for commercial purpose or for the home.
1. 4.5 liters paint rubber
2. 30 liters rubber bowl
3. Source of heat – (Firewood, gas, charcoal and electricity)
4. Size ‘8’ Cooking pot
Process
1. Set your fire and put your size 8 cooking pot on and allow it to heat.
2. Pour in your Shea butter into the cooking pot and allow it to melt.
3. After melting, pour your flakes into it and allow it also to melt. Allow the mixture to boil for about 2-5 minutes.
4. Add your softener to the mixture and allow it to boil for another 2-5 minutes.
5. Add 13.5 liters of water (3 of the 4.5-liter paint rubber) to the mixture on the fire. Allow it to boil for about 10-20 minutes. You should see oil at the surface of the mixture and this time, it is okay to bring it down from the fire and pour the mixture into your 30-liter rubber bowl.
6. Quickly add 13.5 liters of cold water to your mixture and use the paint rubber to turn the mixture. Keep turning until it cools down.
7. Fetch about 500 ml and add your Anti-dandruff and preservative and stir to get a uniform mixture. Set it aside.
8. Keep turning it with your paint rubber and add your GLYCERIN, VITAMIN E, ESSENTIAL OILS, COLOR and POHO.
9. Turn it for about 5 times and add your Anti-dandruff and preservative mixture and turn it.
10. Add your fragrance/perfume and you are done with your HAIR CONDITIONER.
