2.2 Equipment/Items
These are the equipment needed to when making liquid for commercial purpose or for the home.
1. 4.5 liters paint rubber
2. 30 liters rubber bowl
3. Stirring rod – (Bankuta)
2.3 Process
1. Pour the sodium hypochlorite into your 30 liter rubber bowl.
2. Add all the Ash Soda to it.
3. Using the 4.5 liters paint rubber, add 5 and half of water to the sodium hypochlorite and ash soda and stir well. Leave it for 3 days
4. Soak the Caustic Soda in a small plastic bucket with 3 liters of water and leave it for three days.
5. Remember to stir the mixture every 6 hours. It is okay if you are not able to go along with this step.
6. After 3 days, there will be white residue at the bottom of the bowl. Drain the clear liquid at the soap of the white residue.
7. Add the caustic soda solution to content in STEP 6 and you are done with your bleach. You can start to sell it.
If you want to make THICK BLEACH then you can continue from this step.
8. Pour the Base and Salt into a different bowl and stir it well.
9. Begin to add your bleach water from STEP 7 to the content in STEP 8 in small quantities like 3 liters.
10. Repeat STEP 9 until all the bleach water is finished. Remember to stir for the mixture to become and then light before you add another bleach water.
11. Add your perfume (Pine oil) to the mixture and you are done with the BLEACH
