This pain relieving ointment was very much popularly in the 90s and even to date, this product is very essential in most homes in Ghana. This recipe is not produce exactly the same product due to the fact, every product has a secret ingredients.
This recipe is however to help you to produce pain relieving ointment of the same potency as the robb ointment. Follow the instruction and ingredients below to prepare this product.
Ingredients
- Petroleum jelly 100 grams
- Napthalene 10 grams
- Menthol crystals 5 grams
- Paraffin oil 20 grams
- Pine oil 5 grams
Process
- Put your petroleum jelly into a saucepan and place on fire for it to melt
- After melting, add your menthol crystals and stir for it to mix well
- Add your napthalene or camphor to it and stir very well
- Add your paraffin oil to it and stir
- Add your pine oil and stir very well
- Pour into your container and allow to cool down.
- Your done!
