Ingredients
Below are the ingredients used in preparing the leave-in conditioner. Bear in mind that, these are not the only ingredients that can be used to prepare leave-in conditioner.
- Stearic acid 20 grams
- E-wax 10 grams
- Beewax 10 grams
- Cetyl Alcohol 10 grams
- Shea butter 120 grams
- Coconut oil 20 ml
- Olive oil 20 ml
- White oil 20 ml
- Glycerin 30 ml
- Gelatin 10 grams
- Citric acid 5 grams
- Preservative 30 grams
- Pine oil 4 drops
- Almond oil 4 drops
- Rosehip oil 4 drops
- Lavender oil 4 drops
- Carrot oil 4 drops
- Argan oil 4 drops
- Ylang Ylang oil 4 drops
Process
Step 1
Put a saucepan on fire with water in it. Place a bowl in it and add your shea butter, stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, beewax and e-wax.
Step 2
After melting, bring it down from the fire and add some of the hot water.. About 500 ml and stir very well.
Step 3
Add your gelatin, citric acid and preservative and stir very well. Keep stirring until all the gelatin melts completely.
Step 4
Add your coconut oil, olive oil, white oil and glycerin to it and stir very well.
Step 5
Begin to add cold water to it for the thickness you want. Add until you are satisfied with the thickness.
Step 6
Add the essential oils to it and stir very. You are done.
